1. Our Services
Nexys Web designs and builds websites, apps, and billing software for small and medium businesses. Project scope, features, and pricing are agreed with each client before work begins, based on the business type and package selected.
2. Payment & Pricing
Pricing shown on our website is indicative and may vary based on project complexity and requested features. Payment terms (e.g. advance and final payment) will be confirmed with you before development starts. Domain and any paid third-party services are billed separately, as disclosed at quote time.
3. Code Ownership
Once a project is delivered and paid in full, you own the source code we build for you. There is no recurring licensing fee for the code itself; you are free to host it, extend it, or hand it to another developer.
4. Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on project scope and how quickly requested content (text, images, business details) is provided. Delays in providing content may extend the delivery date.
5. Support & Warranty
We fix bugs introduced by our own code free of charge for the warranty period stated in your project agreement. Changes to design, scope, or new features outside the original agreement are treated as new work and quoted separately.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nexys Web is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of a delivered website or app, including losses caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or misuse of the delivered code.
